Classification of manufacturing process for PTFE lined elbows:

1、 PTFE powder molding process: suitable for long-term safe use under operating conditions of -0.07~2.5Mpa, with temperatures below 170 ℃ under positive pressure conditions and below 130 ℃ under negative pressure conditions;

2、 Tetrafluoroethylene isobaric process: suitable for operating conditions of -0.098~2.5Mpa, with temperatures below 220 ℃ under positive pressure conditions and 200 ℃ under negative pressure conditions, and used under extreme vacuum conditions. It is currently one of the best tetrafluoroethylene lining processes internationally, with product prices about 20% higher than those of compression molding processes; Corrosion resistance: Except for molten metal lithium, sodium, potassium, chlorine trifluoride, uranium hexafluoride, and perfluorokerosene, it can almost work in media such as concentrated hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and phosphoric acid. Acetic acid, caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite, naphthalene, benzene, xylene, acetone, chlorine gas, toluene, various organic solvents, and so on.
